BOLD is our rich, pepper-forward seasoning built for big flavor and serious savory depth.

It starts with a foundation of salt and plenty of cracked black pepper, then layers in garlic and ancho chile for warmth and complexity. Tomato powder and porcini mushroom bring a deep, savory character that helps build incredible crust and flavor when cooking over fire.

This seasoning was originally released as our Steak Seasoning, and while it still shines on a great steak, we quickly realized it works just as well anywhere you want deeper, more robust flavor. The pepper-forward profile and savory backbone make it perfect for beef, but it also works beautifully on burgers, roasts, pork, and hearty vegetables.
