Our Whisky Oak Smoking Wood Dust is produced from pure oak smoking dust which is tumbled and soaked in a blended whisky, creating a unique robust flavour combination of the strong tones of oak plus a heady hit of whisky. A delicious flavour for meats, game, salmon and many other foods.
